3. Shipping

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

4. Returns and Complaints

  • Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt (see Return & Refund Policy).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed tattoo cartridges cannot be returned.

  • Complaints regarding defective products should be submitted by email to info@fenriscartridges.com.

5. Liability

  • Fenris Cartridges is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

  • Tattoo cartridges are disposable products. They must be used only by professional tattoo artists, following health and safety regulations.

  • The store is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the products.

All content, including logos, images, designs, and descriptions available in the store, are the property of Fenris Cartridges.

They may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
