Refund policy

At Fenris Cartridges, we value our customers and strive for your satisfaction. 
If you wish to return a product, please note the following conditions:

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Reason for Return
When submitting your return request, you must provide a reason (e.g., wrong item received, defective product, change of mind, etc.).

3. How to Request a Return
Please contact us by email at info@fenriscartridges.com with your order details and reason for return.

4.Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Condition of Goods
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.

 

Exclusions from the right of return


For hygiene and health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

1. Opened Tattoo Cartridges: Once packaging is opened, the product cannot be accepted back.

2. Used Products: Any cartridges or items that have been used or tested.

Complaints

A complaint can be filed in the event of:

1. Manufacturing defect of the product.

2. Damage to goods during transport.

3. Product not functioning properly as described.

Complaint procedure

Please send complaints to info@fenriscartridges.com, providing:

Order number,

Description of the defect,

Photos documenting the problem.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, please draw up a damage report with the courier upon receipt of the package.

We process complaints within 14 days of receiving the product.

After the complaint has been positively considered we will replace the product with a new one, or will refund your money within 14 days.
