Sterilization & Quality Assurance

Every batch of Fenris cartridge needles is sterilised using ethylene oxide (EO) gas by a certified sterilisation partner operating to EN ISO13485:2016 and EN ISO11135:2014 standards. Each sterilisation load is validated with biological indicator (BI) testing before release, and every box carries a LOT number and expiry date for full traceability.

Sterility

Sterilized with EO gas. Do not use if package is damaged or opened. Single use only. Do not resterilize.


Preparation before use

  • Wash and disinfect hands

  • Wear disposable gloves

  • Check expiration date and LOT number

  • Ensure EO indicator has changed color (blue)

  • Open package immediately before use

Use

  • Insert cartridge into compatible pen type tattoo machine

  • Ensure proper locking and needle stability

  • Use according to standard hygienic tattooing procedures

After use

  • Remove cartridge carefully

  • Dispose as medical sharps waste according to local regulations

  • Do not reuse

Warnings

  • For professional use only

  • Do not use if sterile barrier is compromised

  • Improper use may cause infection or injury

Storage

  • Store in clean dry environment

  • Avoid direct sunlight

  • Temperature 5 to 30°C

Contraindications

Do not use if packaging integrity is compromised.
